Synology "unable to open database" when adding new shows

Running 10.0.10-31 on a Synology DS418. I added 3 shows a few days ago and came back to it today to add some more. I am getting the following message in the error log:

2021-02-24 16:03:20 TORNADO::OperationalError('(sqlite3.OperationalError) unable to open database file')

No other details.

Any idea what might be going on? Anyone else had the same problem?

You try restarting it ?

I did, and that didn’t fix it. A subsequent restart did. Not sure what went on, but it seems to be resolved now.

It’s happening again. Right after a restart. Restarted again and it is OK for a bit and then I start seeing these errors in the log again.

I’m also seeing these messages. I have 40-ish files in various directories under the Incoming/Shows directory. Could that be it?

I got to say this is first time seeing this issue, let me see what I can find ?
