HTTP 500 Error on fresh install

Hi team

Just upgraded to 10.0.3 on a Win10 machine, and am getting the following a HTTP 500 Error when I click on a show. The error text is

File C:\Program Files (x86)\Python37-32\lib\site-packages\pkg_resources\__init__.py:2468, in resolve:
                                    module = __import__(self.module_name, fromlist=['__name__'], level=0)
                                ModuleNotFoundError:No module named 'sickrage.subtitles.refiners'

Any ideas?

Try downloading this http://www.sickrage.ca/downloads/windows/SiCKRAGE-10.0.3.exe to reinstall it, your data will not be lost, should resolve the missing files.
