A mako error has occured

#1

I’m getting this more and more often recently for some shows:

A mako error has occured.
If this happened during an update a simple page refresh may be the solution.
Mako errors that happen during updates may be a one time error if there were significant ui changes.

Refreshing the page doesn’t fix it

Is there more to that error ?

This should be resolved on next release push tonight.

im getting this error today aswell and with the information

File C:\SiCKRAGE\sickrage\core\version_updater.py:684, in _find_installed_version:

Hello !

I have quite the same problem:

When I go to the “help and info”, this appears:

HTTP Error 500

A mako error has occured.
If this happened during an update a simple page refresh may be the solution.
Mako errors that happen during updates may be a one time error if there were significant UI changes.

Show/Hide Error

File C:\SiCKRAGE\sickrage\core\version_updater.py:372, in _pip_cmd: sickrage.app.log.debug(’ '.join(cmd) + " returned : " + str(output) + “, treat as error for now”) UnicodeDecodeError:‘ascii’ codec can’t decode byte 0x82 in position 82: ordinal not in range(128)

And I can’t reach the “General settings” page too. Seems to load in a loop.
(I try to re-install sickrage 2 times without success…)

Thanks by advance !

PS: I Have Windows 10 (x64) on an IntelCore i5-4460 CPU 3.20ghz and I did the last update
